Avocado Fudgsicles

Equipment

  • popsicle sticks
  • 3 oz plastic cups or popsicle molds
  • Food processor or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together until smooth and creamy in a food processor or blender.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, adding sprinkles to the bottom before you add the mixture, or on top once the mixture is set.
  • Freeze the avocado fudgsicles for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • To release them easily, run the cups under warm water for a few seconds or gently squeeze the sides of the molds to release the fudgsicle
