Blend everything together until smooth and creamy in a food processor or blender.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, adding sprinkles to the bottom before you add the mixture, or on top once the mixture is set.
Freeze the avocado fudgsicles for at least 4 hours or overnight.
To release them easily, run the cups under warm water for a few seconds or gently squeeze the sides of the molds to release the fudgsicle
