Preheat oven to 350oF. Cut hot dogs into 1/2" pieces and set aside.
Mix all dry ingredients together, stirring to evenly combine. Add wet in ingredients and mix well.
Using a scooper or small spoon, add roughly one tablespoon of the corn muffin mixture to either a greased or silicon mini muffin pan. Place one hot dog piece in each muffin section, pushing down slightly.
Bake mini corn dogs for roughly 8 to 10 minutes or until cornbread is firm. Let cool before removing from muffin pan.
Notes
You can also use 5 hot dogs and make a second pan of plain mini corn bread muffins with the extra corn bread mix.
